Setting the Table in NYC with KOSAS

This November, we celebrated ‘beauty undone’ with Kosas Cosmetics at a timeless and “undone” loft space in Soho, connected via a back door to their pop-up shop. The space not only exuded an authentic ambience, but fit the concept aptly and manifested into anew-inspiring event space. The loft with three exposed beams and skylights was turned into a house party with velvet lounge areas, beauty pedestals adorned with Kosas products and illuminated, circular mirrors mounted against the backdrop of rustic brick walls.

Complimenting the venue, we installed vanity mirrors with LED lights to enhance the guest experience while applying and testing Kosas cosmetics. Food and beverage was catered from Pinch Food Catering who made a miscellaneous arrangement of passed hors d'oeuvres and hibiscus infused mezcal drinks. Tall tropical palm trees lined the venue as a nod to its birthplace of California. A large twist bar was the main focal point of the food installation with an interactive pour bar of infused cocktails with edible flowers.

Along with the palm trees and the mesmerizing lights, the Kosas wheatpaste walls were great for step and repeat photographs and for selfies. Influential guests such as Leandra Cohen, founder of Man Repeller, Brittany Burhopp from New Beauty, and Kendall Hill, Editor at The Moment, attended the party. Invitees also enjoyed the Bosco Photobooth where had the unique opportunity to take photos against the newest flattering Kosas brand video while music flooded the space by DJ Brianna Lance.

Last but not least each guest took home a copious Crimson Make Up Bag with Kosas’ new lipstick line, Pheonix, and highlighter, Helios.
