Because each item is personally handmade for you, we cannot accept returns on items unless they have arrived to you damaged. If this occurs, please email email@example.com with the following proper documentation to file a Damage Claim.

We’re sorry to hear your new product couldn’t find a place in your home, office, etc. Because each of our ceramics are handmade at point of purchase, we cannot offer product exchanges at this time.
