Because each item is personally handmade for you, we cannot accept returns on items unless they have arrived to you damaged. If this occurs, please email with the following proper documentation to file a Damage Claim.

Refunds can only be processed to the original form of payment.



We’re sorry to hear your new product couldn’t find a place in your home, office, etc. Because each of our ceramics are handmade at point of purchase, we cannot offer product exchanges at this time.
